Our client in the luxury retail industry, specializing in high-end gifts, homeware, jewellery and premium items, is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Assistant for their Cape Town Stores

Location: Constantia, Waterfront and Century City
Salary: Market Related

Essential Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Experience with POS Systems
• Bilingual (English + One Other Language)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with luxury product selections
• Process sales transactions using POS systems
• Provide exceptional customer service experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Upsell products to clients
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge
• Ensure store presentation standards are maintained
