Key Accounts Consultant - Lotus HR and Recruitment

Our client, a leading branded marketing, promotional merchandise, event logistics, warehousing and distribution specialist, seeks to employ a Key Accounts Consultant to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

Please note this role is not an external business development role but rather a relationship building position dedicated to one large key account.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have Matric, coupled with 2-3 years expertise in key account management, client relationship management and customer service within a fulfilment, warehousing, logistics or related environment.
• You must have a proven track record in managing major client accounts, resolving client issues and complaints, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
• Your advanced skills in client communication, analytical reporting, production planning, KPI management and stakeholder relationship management will be essential.
• You must be able to work closely with operational and production teams to ensure client requirements, deliverables and timelines are achieved.
• The ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment, with strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and communication skills, is essential.
•  You must demonstrate initiative, tenacity, commitment, energy and self-motivation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and company growth.
•  You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
