- This site is supplied on an “as is” basis and has not been compiled or supplied with the intention of meeting your individual requirements. It is your sole responsibility, as user, to satisfy yourself, prior to making use of this site, that the service available from and through this site will meet your individual requirements and be compatible with your hardware and/or software.
- The job posting, CV database and other features of the sites may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees.
- In the case of any conflict between these terms and any contract you have with Recruitment Partner, the terms of your contract will prevail.

Cancellation and Termination
- You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An official e-mail request to cancel your account and confirmation reply is considered enough for cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time.
- All of your User access will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is canceled

- www.recruitmentpartner.co.za is a web service which carries job advertisement and CV content independently published by third parties on the RecruitmentPartner website (www.recruitmentpartner.co.za"). RecruitmentPartner is not involved in the recruitment process and must not be considered to be a recruiter and/or employer with respect to the use of the RecruitmentPartner Website. RecruitmentPartner shall not be responsible for any user entering into agreements or making decisions of whatever nature in connection with the posting of jobs, CV and/or the contents thereof and/or any other information obtained on the RecruitmentPartner Website.
Terms & Conditions - Advertisers
The following terms and conditions apply to all Employers/Recruiters and other users who access or use the site as intended for individuals and/or organizations seeking to place job adverts and source candidates for vacancies on the RecruitmentPartner Website.
If you do not agree with all of these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Your use of this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only when recruiting staff (Job posting and Candidate search).
Service Access
- You will be required to register with us in order to use the Services by completing the online registration form.
- The Client agrees that under no circumstances shall it share logins with any person and/or company other than its employees.
- All Users must use the corporate email address allocated to them by you when creating a user account.
- When you access or use the site in your capacity as an employee or other representative of an employer, or if you create an account on behalf of an employer, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the employer to this Agreement.
We reserve the right to conduct verification and security checks in respect of all information provided by you to us prior to granting access to the Services.
Job Posting
- All advertisements placed will remain visible on RecruitmentPartner and its partner websites for a period of 30 days.
- The client shall, at all times, comply with the Labour Relations Act and other antidiscrimination legislation applicable in South Africa.
- Links to competitors of RecruitmentPartner are not allowed unless the customer itself is competitor of RecruitmentPartner and links to its own online presence.
- We reserve the right to reject job ads we consider unsuitable. The following types of adverts are prohibited.
- Any advert that requires an initial investment or payment of a fee.
- Those that do not ask for any requirement, or the requirements are so vague.
- Network marketing, pyramid schemes, get rich quick jobs, etc.
- Business opportunities of any kind.
- Any advert related to sex, pornography, prostitution, or adult services.
- Those where the main purpose of the advert is to encourage the reader to visit another website.
Use of Candidate Database
- Access to the database is subject to our fair use policy and is strictly controlled to protect the privacy of our candidates. Any action that is deemed to be abusive or contrary to our terms will result in the service being terminated.
- You may only use the candidate database for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific vacancies that you, or if you are a recruitment agency, your clients wish to fill.
Payment Terms
- Certain RecruitmentPartner services are offered free of charge but if you elect to use a paid feature, you shall be charged as indicated on the site.
- You may not withhold payment of any amount due to us for any reason.
- If you fail to pay the full amount due by the date for payment, RecruitmentPartner may suspend your access to and use of the website and the services until such time that RecruitmentPartner receives full payment.
Refunds
No Refunds: You may downgrade or cancel your job posting subscription at any time. If you sign up using a free trial of the job posting service, you may cancel the service without incurring a charge if you cancel during the free trial period. Once payment has been made, we do not offer refunds for cancellation.
General Rules

The advert/s can only be about a vacant position in your company:
- Private companies – a vacant position in your company
- Recruitment companies – Valid available positions for the company you are recruiting for.
- Race or religion cannot be mentioned in any adverts. You may mention AA or EE position.
- Website and social media links are not allowed on ads.
- You may not:
- request payments from Candidates in any form.
- Supply, sell or license material from the candidate database, or a copy of it, to any other person.
- publish Vacancies that is not intended to fill actual unfulfilled full time/part-time/hourly employment/contract positions.
- Contact the individuals on the database or make or allow any use of the information about those individuals, other than for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies.
- publish Vacancies with the aim of building a candidate database for any reason other than legitimate employment for positions that are currently unfilled.
- publish Vacancies on behalf of a company without their knowledge and written consent.
It is the responsibility of advertisers to ensure they comply with the Labour Relations Act and any other anti-discrimination legislation applicable in the Republic of South Africa.
Your intellectual property
You grant us a non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to use any of your trademarks and copyright works which you deliver to us for the purposes of providing the services. We may not use them for any other purpose without your prior written permission. The licence expires automatically when the agreement ends. You retain all rights in your trademarks and copyright works despite this licence.
Liability
RecruitmentPartner accepts no liability for any loss of business, revenue, or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption, or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever whether it be direct or indirect arising from your use of our site or RecruitmentPartner services. We hereby exclude any such liability under any circumstances.
You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities, or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site and you must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.
Amendments to this Agreement and Changes to Sites
RecruitmentPartner may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Changes will be binding on you on the date they are posted on the sites.
Disclaimer
RecruitmentPartner and our clients shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages which might arise from your use of, or reliance upon, the website and / or the website content; or your inability to use the website and / or the website content, and / or any unlawful activity on the website and / or third-party links.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, all job listings are supplied to us by the recruiting companies and employers or by a third party and we are not able to check the accuracy or completeness of that information.
Services
- The main purpose of this website is to offer services and information to jobseekers looking for employment, to apply for opportunities as advertised on this website by our clients.
- All RecruitmentPartner services that facilitate applications for employment are free of charge.
- In order to use the Services of RecruitmentPartner as a job seeker you must be aged 18 or over.
Your RecruitmentPartner Account
- In order for you to create a RecruitmentPartner account, we require that you provide a valid email address and set up a password.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.
- You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- RecruitmentPartner reserves the right to either reject or remove any resume from its site(s) for any reason whatsoever.
Profile & Profile Visibility
- After your account is opened, you have the option to create a profile and provide us with certain information which shall include basic information such as telephone number, academic background, work experience and job preferences for future employment.
- We may update your profile with information we extract from resumes you upload on RecruitmentPartner. Such information may include academic background and work experience but will not include other unique identifier.
- You permit us to share information in your Profile with prospective employers, recruiters, and others.
- If you don’t want RecruitmentPartner to make your Profile visible, you can easily adjust your preferences on your profile setting on your account.
Job Application
- RecruitmentPartner allows you to browse open positions and apply to jobs. Some job postings on our website allow users who are logged onto our website to complete and submit job applications directly through our website. Other job postings on our website will re-direct you to the applicable employer’s career page, where you will be able to apply on their career site.
- In any such case you apply directly to the job Opening and You provide your personal information to the Employer/Recruiter. RecruitmentPartner does not have any control over the use of that information by the company You have applied to. For any questions and concerns in regard to the use of your information and Your application or if you would like to exercise any of your rights in regard to your personal information, you are advised to make a request directly to the Employer.
- Job Seekers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Employer, Job Listing or job offer.
Use of your data
- When You apply for a job, the Employer is responsible for the processing of your personal data, which it collects as a data Controller.
- Access to the candidate resume database is available only to RecruitmentPartner’s clients who have been approved for resume search capabilities and whom RecruitmentPartner has issued with privileged access codes to search the RecruitmentPartner database.
- Such Recruitment Partner clients may access the candidate resume database solely for the purpose of identifying candidates whose work preferences for location, category, industry, and occupation match the clients ‘current vacancy advertisements with RecruitmentPartner.
- While RecruitmentPartner will make every effort to ensure that RecruitmentPartner clients adhere to this undertaking, you herewith indemnify RecruitmentPartner against wrongful conduct, of any kind, by RecruitmentPartner employer clients.
Declaration & Informed Consent.
- You acknowledge and agree that any personal details (including CVs) provided to this website will be available to be view and accessed by “Approved RecruitmentPartner clients”.
- Approved RecruitmentPartner clients are recruiters and employers who have registered with and advertise jobs on the website.
- You declare that all Personal Information supplied by yourself to RecruitmentPartner for the purposes of recruitment/employment, and related legal and operational reasons, is accurate, up to date, is not misleading and that it is complete in all respects.
- You furthermore give RecruitmentPartner permission to process your Personal Information, as provided above for the purpose of recruitment/employment and acknowledge that you understand the purposes for which it is required and for which it will be used.
Links to Third-Party Sites.
The Website may include links to third party sites, such as Employer/Recruiter sites, recruiting platforms, etc. RecruitmentPartner is not responsible or liable for the Content and activities of those sites. If you get redirected to third party Sites, their own Terms of Use apply. You agree that, should you decide to access those Sites, you do so at your own risk.
Security
We are committed to keeping your Personal Information safe and we have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. Indemnity
