Executive Office & AI Transformation Manager - Centurion - Datafin IT Recruitment

ENVIRONMENT:

A leader in bio-medical engineering and medical devices.  They are seeking an ambitious, technically fluent professional to support their Founder & Group CEO while leading the digitisation of executive and HR workflows. This is not a conventional EA role, it’s a hybrid of executive operations and digital transformation.

DUTIES:

• Build AI-enabled executive systems for correspondence, meeting prep, and follow-through.
• Partner with Business Intelligence Department to digitise HR processes and create people analytics dashboards.
• Champion automation and structured data across the Group.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and travel — progressively automating workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or similar.
• 4–8 years’ professional experience in executive support, operations, or digital systems.
• Evidence of personally using AI/automation to improve real work.
• Strong judgement, discretion, and communication skills.
