Junior Sales Representative - AtripleA Recruitment and Temps
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy across multiple business units. This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic business while making a direct impact on revenue generation and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities: -
•Drive new business development across multiple business units
•Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
•Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
•Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals
•Conduct product presentations and virtual demonstrations
•Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media platforms
•Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information within CRM systems
•Follow up consistently to build and strengthen long-term client relationships
•Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities
•Support customer onboarding and ensure a positive post-sales experience
•Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
•Attend in-person meetings, training sessions, and strategy days as required
Requirements and Attributes: -
•0–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
•Sound understanding of the sales process and CRM systems
•Experience with lead generation and prospecting techniques
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet targets
•Experience conducting virtual sales presentations will be advantageous
•Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
•Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
