About the Company:
- Plaintiff Cash Funding: We provide money upfront to clients who are hurt due to an accident, instead of having to wait for their legal case to settle. We take pride in helping our community by keeping our injured clients financially afloat during difficult times due to an accident that was not their fault.
- Doctors and Surgery Centres on Lien: We have a network of doctors, surgery centres and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We provide the funding for surgery centres and hospital fees. We also assist with doctor scheduling and coordinating client medical care.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate tasks assigned by your supervisor to ensure priorities are met, project goals are achieved, and best practices are maintained.
- Manage a diverse range of projects and tasks, including but not limited to implementing new marketing initiatives, overseeing search engine optimization projects, providing support to other departments as needed, aiding in the recruitment of experienced staff, and assisting with personal tasks for the owner. Personal tasks for the owner will be a significant aspect of this role.
- Provide regular project updates, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards to drive efficient and effective project execution.
- Continuously monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Evaluate project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making skills when presented with multiple options for advancing project objectives.
- Conduct quality control measures throughout project development to uphold the expected standards and ensure deliverables meet established criteria.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. culture and business etiquette. Experience living or working in the United States is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; supporting a CEO or other C-level executive is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing detailed itineraries.
- A college degree (preferred not required)
- Project Management Google Certification (preferred not required).
- A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Reliable internet access.

- A bank account for payment processing via wire transfers is required.
