- Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy degree; Project Management qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the mining industry, with multi-disciplinary engineering and project experience.
- Proven ability to execute and manage projects in collaboration with Senior Management.
- Strong project management, supervision, organisational, time management and leadership skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of engineering principles, applicable codes, policies, standards and industry best practices.
- Proficient in computer applications, design and visualisation software, with strong technical skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple-discipline projects, make sound decisions and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
