Our professional services client in the Bellville area of cape Town is looking for a HR Manager with 5 years’ experience from an Investment Financial Services industry backround. You will be a strategic HR Manager / HRBP to business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals.

Min Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager / HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a financial services / investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.

- Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
