Our Clients a Manufacturer and Distributor of products is looking for an Internal Sales / Sales Administrator. Candidate must be a high caliber, strong performer. Must be able to work well under pressure, be very diligent, accurate and efficient, and have at least 5 years relevant work experience. Knowledge of Sage Evolution would be an advantage. Excellent Excel Experience essential
Salary R 20 000 – R 25000

- Matric
- 5 Years’ Experience in Internal Sales / Sales Administration
- Experience in Stock Control and Ordering
- Experience working on SAGE Evolution/Pastel
- Dealing with Customer Liaison
Responsibilities
- Internal Customer Service Consultant
- Internal Sales and Sales Administration experience of 5 years ++
- Sales Quotations on all products
- Issuing Pro-forma Invoices for COD customers -Await payment before invoicing
- Receive orders via email/telephone/WhatsApp
- Experience in SAGE Evolution
- Checking stock availability
- Issuing of job cards to Production manager
- Printing of delivery notes and invoices
- Liaise with Dispatch if orders are for delivery/collection
- General assistance and back-up to the Internal Sales Manager, should she not be available
- Receiving of cash payments on COD customers, issuing of receipt and handing cash over to accounts department
- General assistance to sales reps
- Following up with customers to solicit sales on outstanding quotes
- Engaging with customers to win sales
- Preparing quotations for external sales reps
- Updating price lists on customers system
- Support function to Sales Reps in terms of creating quotes, sending out quotes and follow up on status of quotations
- Receive purchase order from customer or Sales Rep and process accordingly
- Follow up daily about status of PO’s and communicate any delays or problems to Sales Rep’s and Customers
- Advising customers on technical queries and product suitability
- Informing customers on new products
