Asset Finance Administrator Sandton Johannesburg
Our Financial Service Finance solution client in Sandton is looking for an Asset Finance Administrator to join their operations team and manage the end -to-end administration of assets finance transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FICA, AML) and act as FICA Custodian

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 3 years plus experience in asset finance (preferably SME funding)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting)
- Experience with bookkeeping/accounting or CRM systems (e.g. Xero, Sage) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Processed SME asset finance applications from enquiry to approval and payout.
- Reviewed client financial documents, bank statements, invoices and supporting paperwork.
- Prepared finance proposals and submitted applications to funders/credit teams.
- Maintained accurate records on CRM/accounting systems including Xero/Sage.
- Used Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and conditional formatting for reporting and tracking.
- Liaised with clients, suppliers, brokers and lenders to ensure smooth application processing.
- Assisted with reconciliations, invoice checks, payment follow-ups and financial administration.
- Ensured compliance with internal credit policies and documentation requirements.
