Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimising electrical and automation systems within an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical control systems, Siemens PLCs, and industrial automation, with EPLAN P8 experience being advantageous. This role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively troubleshoot technical issues, support project execution, and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Electrical Engineer Electrical Engineering EPLAN technical engineering industryRequirements:
- National Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
- 3 years post qualification experience in the automotive industry
- E-PLAN P8 experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC's and control circuits
- Drivers License
Possible duties:
- Design and implement electrical systems and layouts for industrial and automation environments
- Create and update detailed electrical schematics and documentation using EPLAN P8
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize control systems, including Siemens PLCs and related industrial circuits
- Conduct inspections and functional testing to ensure electrical systems meet safety and performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production operations and project execution
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and integration of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical engineering standards, regulations, and company policies
