Claims Administrator Gqeberha Eastern Cape
Our client in Gqeberha Port Elizabeth is looking for a Vehicle Claims Administrator, someone with excellent admin experience with insurance back round. You will be dealing with insurance companies to submit claims accurately. You will also do fines of the vehicles and sort them out. Pay them and record and monitor who the claims are against.
Salary R 18000 – R 20 000pm
Min Requirements
- Highschool diploma/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in claims administration, vehicle administration, or related field
- Experience working in claims and dealing with insurance companies
- Excellent skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) at proficient level
- Experience with claims management systems or similar specialized software
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of South African traffic fine systems and insurance processes (preferred but trainable)
Responsibilities
- You will process vehicle damage claims, coordinate with insurance providers, manage fine payments and documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- You will require strong computer proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- You will process Insurance Claims Management and document motor vehicle damage claims from initial report through settlement
- Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters to expedite claim approvals
- Prepare claim documentation, photographs, and supporting evidence
- Track claim status and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain detailed claim files and records
- Ensure compliance with insurance company requirements and timelines
- Track and manage vehicle traffic fines and penalties
- Submit traffic fines to rental clients
- Follow up on payments from clients and set it against own payments
- Maintain accurate, organized digital and physical filing systems
- Input and manage data in claims management software and databases
