Call Centre Agent / Lead Generator – In Office | Centurion

Kinetic Group Solutions (KGS) is looking for reliable, motivated and performance-driven Call Centre Agents / Lead Generators to join our in-office team in Centurion.

This is an outbound calling and lead-generation role. Agents are responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating qualified leads and consistently working towards daily performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Generate and submit qualified leads
• Follow campaign scripts, processes and compliance requirements
• Capture customer information accurately
• Work towards daily call and lead-generation targets
• Maintain professional call quality and customer engagement
• Participate in coaching, feedback and performance reviews
• Maintain consistent attendance, focus and productivity
• Contribute towards individual and team performance goals

What we are looking for:

• Clear and confident spoken English
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Reliable, punctual and consistent
• Target-driven and motivated by performance
• Able to take coaching and feedback positively
• Comfortable working in a structured call-centre environment
• Able to work in-office in Centurion
• Looking for a stable, longer-term opportunity

Previous experience in call centres, lead generation, telesales, insurance, customer service, debt collection or sales will be advantageous, but candidates with strong communication skills, the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Remuneration:
This is a commission-based position only, with no fixed basic salary. Earnings are based on individual performance and successful results generated.
