Our client a wholesale food supplier who caters for the hospitality industry requires the expertise of a Marketing Co-Ordinator
Job Purpose
To support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign timelines
- Coordinate content for social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials
- Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers, and external agencies
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and compile basic marketing reports
- Assist with events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Update and maintain customer databases and marketing records
- Support the Marketing Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advantageous
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)

Area: Montague Gardens
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 CTC
