Minimum requirements:
Knowledge:
- Assist in Engineering / Quality for any rework and scrapping process.
- Support operations when needed
- Support Technicians in monitoring Perceptron in line process measurement
- Assist in updating optimization part history for all parts
- Assist Engineering with drawing vs built part
- Tear down analysis for spot weld, rivet and glue
- Assist Engineering for process cycle time analysis and problem solving
- Address process related problems immediately
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge:
- Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) System requirements:
- ISO14001 Quality systems:
- IATF 16949
- Problems Solving Techniques
