Boilermaker x 4 - Staff Solutions

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Boilermaker x4 to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing metal structures and components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair medium- to heavy-duty metal structures, pipes, and conveyor systems.
• Fabricate and cut heavy steel plates to specifications.
• Repair high-wear components, including dragline parts, hopper bins, chutes, and structural frames.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Perform basic welding tasks as required.
• Erect and install steel structures, including walkways and catwalks.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with required quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fabrication, boilermaking, or a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic welding skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual, heavy-duty work.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace health and safety.
