Production Manager

Production Manager (Senior Management): Centurion. Permanent position. Salary: R70 000.00 - R80 000.00 per month.

Preferably someone who has about 8-10 years of experience in Production Management, involving Steel Fabrication and Machining. Preferred Competencies: Qualified Trade. Production Management, Materials Management & Logistics Management. Overseeing the Pulleys department’s operations and full functions. Reports directly to Top Management (Directors). Initiating and leading meetings for new projects/orders to determine specific job requirements and scheduling. Generating Production and Costings Reports. Supervision and scheduling of all production activities. Work in progress relating to: Supplier and Subcontractor orders. Work on the factory floor. Supervision of daily QC activities in the factory. Maintenance of the quality system and supervision of compilation of the data books required for specific projects. Supervise and maintain digital production schedules for multiple projects. (You will have a material controller and production planner to assist with this.) Management of at least 50 Employees (Various Levels) requires the following: A positive, but strict Management Style.
