- Reconciliations on customer accounts
- Updating customer notes on GP
- Recons on all control accounts
- Prepare credit and debit notes
- Credit vetting according to company policies
- Inter branch recons and confirmation
- Import CAT's & GP debit order files
- Daily processing of eft's, cash deposits, credit notes, debit notes and journals
- Prepare month-end reports
- Opening of new accounts on IT system
- Credit control admin
- Matric + Diploma/Certificate in Credit Management or equivalent experience
- 3 years credit control experience
