Our client is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern with a passion for training and development. In this role, you will work alongside their experienced HR team to assist with the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of various employee training programs. You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of HR, providing support in all aspects of employee development.

This internship is perfect for someone who is eager to pursue a career in HR, specifically in training and development, and is looking to apply their academic background to real-world HR challenges.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of employee training programs and workshops.
  • Help develop training materials, presentations, and supporting resources.
  • Track and monitor training program participation, progress, and feedback.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the HR team in researching industry best practices in training and employee development.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must have completed an HR qualification (e.g., HR degree or HR certification).
  • Strong interest in training, development, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
