- Design, program, and implement PLC-based control systems for automotive automation applications.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to develop and improve system processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and programming specifications.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and debugging.
- Ensure all systems comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency through automation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming, control systems, and automation (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, HMI/SCADA systems, and electrical wiring.
- Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing PLC-based systems in a manufacturing or automotive sector.
