- All processing on Accounting packages such as Invoicing statements, Supplier invoices (Google, Facebook, Siteground), Cash book, Bank recon, Journals, VAT reports, Management reports.
- Monthly commissions
- Secretarial documents
- Payroll/ leave information to be supplied to PKF
- Loading clients credits in Lead Gene8or
- Updating clients credits spreadsheets year end
- Ordering office supplies
- Supplying PKF all documents for yearly AFS
- HR documentation/ filing such as leave forms, contracts and payslips
- Related field Certificate and or Diploma
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in Excel, Pastel and QuickBooks
