Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Responsibilities:
- Debtors Management: Oversee and manage the company's debtor accounts, ensuring timely collections and resolution of outstanding balances.
- Creditors Management: Process and manage creditor accounts, ensuring that payments are made on time and accurate records are maintained.
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting functions as needed.
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure smooth financial operations and support other financial tasks as necessary.
2. ISO 9001:2015 & OHS Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
- Help draft and update work instructions, procedures, and policies to meet ISO and OHS standards.
- Support the OHS Officer with workplace safety protocols, training, and documentation.
- Develop a basic understanding of ISO and OHS requirements and continuously improve processes through training and support.
3. General Administration & Reporting:
- Write clear and concise reports, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Support management with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for both the Finance and Compliance departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- ISO 9001:2015 Qualification (preferred, but not essential training can be provided).
- OHS Certification (preferred, but not essential training can be provided).
- Debtors & Creditors Management Experience: Experience in handling debtor and creditor accounts in a similar role.
- Accounting Knowledge or Certification: Preferably a certification or background in accounting, such as an AAT or equivalent.
- Excellent Writing Skills: Strong command of English, with the ability to write clear, detailed work instructions and procedures.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Proof of certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience with Syspro (preferred, but not mandatory).
