Retail sales assistants

Conquerors Direct Marketing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. This position is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and remote working is not available.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Attend product and sales training sessions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and a team player

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
