The role ranges from junior to senior levels based on experience. Key responsibilities include guiding customers through loan processes, managing financial tasks, achieving targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through loan applications, approval, and payout.
• Manage cash floats and balance safes.
• Achieve sales and performance targets.
• Identify market opportunities and respond to industry trends.
• Foster strong customer relationships and proactively share updates or offers.
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and product improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Matric required; further studies advantageous.
• Experience: Micro lending industry experience and familiarity with loan management/payment systems.
• Skills: Sales, marketing, problem-solving, customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
