- Participate with audit partner in the optimization and rationalization of client portfolios
- Lead multiple projects or programs through team management and specialists
- Grow the profitability and fee line on their engagements
- Supervise and review the work of the engagement team
- Develop, coach, mentor and share expertise with team members
- Contribute to the development of the audit strategy, materiality, risk assessment, risk of fraud and planned audit approach
- Participate in the audit retention and growth program
- Contribute to the development of differentiated value proposition for audit clients and targets
- CA(SA), with 5-10 years of experience in Big4 specialising in financial services
- This is a relocation opportunity (not remote)
