Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics projects from conception to implementation.
- Develop and implement world-class material handling and logistics processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot material handling/logistics systems.
- Plan and improve warehouse and production layouts and facilities.
- Design and implement storage solutions (racking, pallets, stillages).
- Develop and troubleshoot packaging specifications for local, CKD, and export parts.
- Analyze processes to reduce logistics costs.
- Define user specifications for logistics IT system development.
- Compile and present project proposals and track progress via KPIs.
- Monitor and audit logistics processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- National Diploma/Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years in logistics within the automotive industry.
- 2 years in project management.
- Proficiency with CAD systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Experience with logistics IT systems.
