- Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing and production processes.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvements, and quality enhancements.
- Work closely with operations, quality control, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Develop and implement new process technologies and equipment upgrades.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process inefficiencies or failures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor process performance and provide continuous feedback and recommendations for improvements.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians as needed.
- Relevant tertiary qualification ( Engineering)
- At least 5 years or more leadership role in painting related environment
- OEM / Automotive painting experience relevant
