Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a HR Controller to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure timely and effective management of employee performance, including conducting performance reviews, tracking employee development, and providing coaching as needed.
  • Support HR policies and initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees in matters of workplace relations, resolving disputes, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
  • Support management in negotiations with trade unions, employee representatives, or other worker groups
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal company policies related to employee rights, working conditions, and dispute resolution.
  • Investigate and address any workplace issues related to misconduct, disciplinary action, or violations of company policies.
Job Requirements: 
  • National Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 Years of experience in HR 
  • Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, EE and BEE
  • Experience working with NUMSA
