- Analyze production processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve operational performance.
- Conduct time and motion studies, process simulations, and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Design and implement layouts, workflows, and material handling systems to maximize space utilization and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to implement process changes.
- Support cost reduction efforts by identifying waste, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on project progress and results.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- National Diploma (or higher) in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years working experience in the Automotive industry.
- Familiar with project management principles
- Experience in Assembly, Machining, and Forging Operations preferred
