Retail sales assistants

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Retail Sales Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

• Provide product information and advice to customers

• Process sales transactions using the point of sale system

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

• Keep the store clean and organized

• Handle customer and issues in a professional manner

• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Assistant or similar role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
