General sales assistants

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a General Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative support
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and invoices to clients
• Attend client meetings with the sales team and take notes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices
