We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients team in the hardware industry.
Based in Port Elizabeth E.C
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of hardware products to contractors, builders, and retail customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the hardware market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the hardware sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate hardware products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardware products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Matric 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
