Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the hardware sector.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate hardware products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Matric
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong sales and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Time management and organizational skills.
