- Good knowledge of Electrical regulations as per SANS
- Minimum qualification of S4/T3 or N6 Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with more than 5 years Heavy Industry experience and at least 4 years of experience in a position responsible for people management.
- The ideal candidate will hold a B Eng, B Tech, in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Legal compliance certification in terms of the OHSACT .
- Training in Maintenance Principles and Practices.
- Management Development training will be an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet work deadlines with attention to detail.
