Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are replenished and neatly arranged.
- Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Follow hotel procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
