Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company rules, regulations, and health & safety practices.
- Maintain workflow and manage Plant visitors, including reception duties and intercom operation.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, faxes, and messages accurately and efficiently.
- File, laminate, and manage documents as needed.
- Manage mail, parcels, and publicity materials, ensuring distribution to employees.
- Record, analyze, and archive employee attendance data.
- Maintain and distribute internal contact lists, staff business cards, and email signatures.
- Provide attentive service to visiting personnel, including arranging refreshments.
- Oversee staff refreshments, locker labels, and PPE issuance.
- Support administrative needs across departments, including Health & Safety.
- Perform general office tasks and ad hoc administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Stock control for refreshments and PPE.
