As Quality Control Inspector you will play a key role in checking components against relevant documented specifications whilst providing a balance between cost-effectiveness and quality control. Ensure that products are processed in a timely and an accurate manner providing accurate and timely reports in accordance with the production schedule.
- Perform inspection in warehouse, to review certificates for added in materials, ensure correct quantity
- Perform dimensional inspection of material to drawings.
- Work in accordance with drawings and procedures
- Follow all relevant QA/QC procedures
- Be thorough in work and be very meticulous
- Trade tested artisan (Fitter, Machinist Toolmaker)
- Matric certificate (high school Diploma) or N3
- 5 years' experience within a quality role previously
- Basic hand skills
- Be able to use dimensional equipment
- Interpret drawings
