ENVIRONMENT:

YOUR sales wizardry is sought by a leading National Business Systems Automation company to be its next Sales Executive whose core focus will be to assist with sourcing new business and taking lead on the sales process. You will be expected to do cold calls, Pipeline Management, source your own leads & opportunities and ensure the successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs. You must have proven software sales experience and Business Development, have experience delivering client-focused solutions with the proven ability to manage multiple projects. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working in Agile software development environments, as well as someone who takes a keen interest in business process automation and how to creatively apply bespoke cloud-based software solution to achieve optimal business efficiency for existing and new customers.

DUTIES:

  • Cold calling.
  • Pipeline Management.
  • Source own leads and opportunities.
  • Operate as the lead point of new contact for any and all matters specific to sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the sector and collaborate with development teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven software sales experience and Business Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
