Our client a prominent provider of innovative and flexible solutions centered around health wellness and financial security is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team The ideal candidate will bring a creative flair exceptional writing skills and demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing  

In this role you will contribute to the success of the marketing team by supporting a variety of initiatives and campaigns Responsibilities will include content creation event coordination and handling administrative tasks to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies  

Minimum Requirements  
Qualification in Digital Marketing  
3  5 years of digital marketing experience   
Experience in the financial services industry preferred  
Strong understanding of POPIA advertising and FSP compliance regulations advantageous  
Proficient in multiple social media platforms and campaign and advertising platforms  
Experience in managing customer relationships  
Proven graphic design or multimedia portfolio  

Key Responsibilities  
Provide day-to-day assistance to the marketing team coordinating marketing initiatives across digital print and social media platforms and ensuring marketing materials are updated and accessible  
Assist with the planning and execution of events such as webinars workshops and promotional activities including managing logistics liaising with vendors handling RSVPs and preparing necessary materials  
Support the creation and execution of social media strategies including developing and scheduling content for platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Google Business and YouTube Manage promoted posts monitor budgets and ensure compliance with branding and legal standards  
Assist in creating marketing content including blogs articles artwork and campaign copy by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely distribution  
Support the development of paid online campaigns including artwork creation copywriting and performance tracking  
Collect and analyse data from Google Analytics social media dashboards and other platforms to generate performance insights and support marketing strategies  
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and new marketing technologies providing recommendations for innovation and improvement  
Manage calendars schedule meetings organise marketing files and documents and handle communication with external vendors and partners  
Work closely with sales customer service and administrative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
