Minimum Requirements  
Matric  
Minimum 2 years call center experience  
RE advantageous  
FAIS requirements based on DOFA date advantageous  
Well-spoken with excellent presentation and communication skills telephonically and written  
Presentation and negotiation skills  
Knowledge of financial service products advantageous  
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
