Join a manufacturing and engineering company in Randfontein as a Procurement Clerk This role supports the stock and production teams ensuring materials are available to meet production deadlines while maintaining smooth supply chain operations If you have experience in Stock Procurement within a Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical environment we want to hear from you

Minimum Requirements
Experience in procurement purchasing or similar administrative roles
Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel with experience using Pastel Partner
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiarity with health and safety practices
Matric certificate
Valid drivers license and own vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and process purchase orders based on stock and production needs
Track inventory levels and adjust orders in collaboration with the stock controller
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes negotiate prices and confirm delivery timelines
Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Resolve order discrepancies related to quality or quantity
Maintain accurate procurement records and documents
Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules
Identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining quality
Assist with stocktaking activities
