Finance Manager (Financial Modelling/ Mining / ACA / CIMA/ CFA)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and historical financial data to identify trends.
• Prepare accurate and consolidated financial reports for stakeholders.
• Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Evaluate profit plans and recommend improvements.
• Conduct extensive financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
• Collaborate with group and company-level finance teams on forecasts.
• Provide creative solutions to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
• Consistently update knowledge of the industry and best practices.
• Support the CEO and management team with high-quality financial insights

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• ACCA, CIMA, or CFA certification is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a financial manager or similar role.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software applications.
• Strong communication skills in English & Kiswahili.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

• Rotation schedule: 9 weeks on-site, 3 weeks off.
