DUTIES:

Project Management:  Oversee installation projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Pre-Sales Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and conducting site assessments.
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including feasibility analysis and solution design.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and presentations.
    • Subcontractor Management: Source, assess, and manage subcontractors, obtaining quotes, evaluating quality, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
    • Supplier Coordination: Source and manage inventory for signs, poles, cameras, kiosks, and other equipment, while maintaining stock levels.
    • Technical Expertise:
    • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software, focusing on Ubuntu/Linux-based systems.
    • Oversee CCTV and IoT device installations, ensuring networking infrastructure meets technical requirements.
    • Site Optimization: Strategically plan and implement the placement of signs, cameras, and kiosks for maximum performance and visual appeal.
    • System Development: Collaborate with the internal team to enhance operational processes, create scalable systems, and build additional features.
    • After-Sales Support:
    • Manage site repairs and replacement parts to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity.
    • Provide ongoing client support for technical queries and issue resolution.
    • Gather client feedback for continuous product and service improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or technical installations.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, Ubuntu/Linux OS, and IoT systems.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installation, particularly CCTV and related technologies.
  • Experience in pre-sales client engagement, including technical assessments and solutioning.
  • Strong after-sales support experience, ensuring client satisfaction and system performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce precise and clear documentation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client interactions.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in a related field.
