A manufacturing company in the Polystyrene Foam Tray and Plastics industry is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced factory environment Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable VAT and EMP201 filing bank reconciliations invoicing and overseeing stock and import transactions The role requires expertise in Sage Pastel Manufacturing strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented professional to contribute to the financial efficiency of a leading manufacturer

Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Sage Pastel Manufacturing package
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry Advantage
Own transport and ability to commute
Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable AR and Accounts Payable AP
Reconciliation between remittance and statements including subsystem reconciliation
Follow up on outstanding amounts and ensure timely receipt of payments
Creation and distribution of invoices
Preparation and filing of VAT reports and EMP201
Daily transaction capturing
Transition into maintaining accurate stock records
Capturing and reconciling import transactions
Perform key supplier reconciliation and analysis
Match customer payments to sales invoices
Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
