Supply Chain Manager (Operations / Logistic / Procurement / Mining)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics teams to meet performance contracts and achieve business objectives.
• Apply analytical methods to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
• Manage local procurement and supplier communication to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including QA/QC, consignment stock, and training.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to reduce supply chain disruptions.
• Monitor truck arrivals/departures to improve turnaround times and identify bottlenecks.
• Enhance container offloading processes to ensure timely and accurate unloading of goods.
• Actively participate in forecasting, demand planning, inventory optimization, and routing, contributing to improved supply chain management.
• Promote and sustain commitment to managing supply chain operations with no harm to people, property, and the environment.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain operations, including leadership roles.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in forecasting, demand planning, and supplier relationship management.

• Rotational schedule: 9 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
