We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team, specializing in residential building projects in the Durbanville area. If you are passionate about construction, excel in cost management, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost control throughout projects.
• Evaluate tenders and contracts for residential developments.
• Measure and value construction work to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience in residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction cost management software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Based in or willing to work in the Durbanville area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
