Passionate about shaping future IT professionals We are looking for a Lecturer with hands-on industry experience and a knack for teaching If you have lecturing training or mentoring experience coupled with hands-on software development experience this is your chance to make an impact
This role focuses on delivering cutting-edge instruction in programming languages software development methodologies and modern technologies while mentoring the next generation of tech innovators

Minimum Requirements
Completed Honours degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with a focus on programming and software development
Currently pursuing Masters Degree and looking to obtain a PhD
Hands-on experience with programming languages frameworks and tools including web mobile cloud and database development as well as operating systems
1 or more years of corporate working experience in IT Development Programming
1 or more years of lecturing mentoring training lecturing experience in IT including IT development programming

Duties and Responsibilities
Lecture IT-related modules both online and face-to-face
Marking and moderation of IT-related assessments
Assist in lecturer development and support processes and procedures
Champion lead and manage academic development and support for the IT program and its students
Track student success and implement support interventions where required
Promote a culture of scholarship within their discipline and the campus as a whole and contribute towards the achievement of annual research output targets
