- Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure product quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency, minimizing waste and maximizing output.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within the production facility.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Manage inventory control and raw material usage to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of production machinery and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics and KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and team performance.
- Diploma/Degree in Production Management/ Engineering/ Food Science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, with a focus on achieving high-performance goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications.
