- Valid Forklift & Clamp Truck Operator license
- Valid Driver’s license (Any code)
- Computer literacy
- Experience in factory operations and store management (including racking)
- Self-starter with a strong initiative
- Excellent attendance and a positive work attitude
- Good communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work well with others
- Understanding of inter-leading processes and bottleneck management
- Offload paper reels from supplier transport vehicles and stack them in the designated bays in the reel store
- Efficiently operate the Clamp Truck to help meet production OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) targets for availability and speed
- Minimize controllable paper waste, including warp, by ensuring proper stacking and issuing of reels
- Ensure compliance with SHEQFS standards (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Food Safety), adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, legal requirements, and ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18001)
