- Grade 12
- A qualification in Production Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management (Diploma/Degree) will be advantageous
- Valid Forklift License
- ± 3-5 years of management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, conciliation, and networking abilities with customers
- Solid decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Conflict management and negotiation experience
- Computer literacy
- Schedule and supervise dispatch staff activities and functions
- Assign daily or shift tasks and evaluate the performance of team members
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all dispatch activities
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory records, managing the tracking of all inbound and outbound supplies
- Regularly inspect and ensure proper maintenance of all dispatch/warehouse equipment and machinery
- Ensure all quality standards are met
- Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the facility
